Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance, together with any agreed extras (including portable toilet hire), is payable 7 days prior to your wedding.

Photography
The gardens provide numerous beautiful locations for wedding photography.
Your photographer is welcome to use the gardens throughout your booked hire period.
We simply ask that photographers and guests take care around garden beds and remain on pathways where practical
to protect the gardens.
Supplier Access
Please advise Willow Springs of all suppliers attending your wedding, including your celebrant, photographer, florist, caterer and any entertainment.
Access times can be arranged prior to your wedding day.
